  • Registration Fee: $1,295 (4GG)
  • Max Teams: 45
  • Registration Deadline: 8/1/25 (Deposit or full payment Required to Confirm Registration)
  • Full Payment Due: 9/1/25
  • Gate Fees: City of Raleigh will charge daily gate fees on site
How to Register
  • Deposit: A $200 deposit is required to be considered for the 45-team field. No exceptions.
  • Final Registration Deadline: 9/1/25
  • Email confirmations to Dave/Tim do not reserve your spot—must register online.

A maximum of 45 teams will be accepted.
Final Showcase Schedule will be posted once the teams are confirmed.

You may apply the full amount to the 2026 event or receive a full refund, minus a $100 admin fee (covering unrecoverable costs such as insurance, USA staff, equipment).
