Our Legacy
Carolina Elite Fastpitch
Founded in 2008, Carolina Elite Fastpitch has grown to become one of the most accomplished and respected fastpitch softball organizations in the Carolinas and across the united states. From humble beginnings, we’ve built a legacy of excellence, producing top-tier athletes who have gone on to succeed at the collegiate and professional levels.
Unity and Growth
2025 marked a historic milestone with the merger of the two distinct Carolina Elite organizations in North Carolina and South Carolina, uniting them under one banner, led by Dave Maddaluna. This merger has reinforced our commitment to providing world-class opportunities for athletes, and our teams now compete at the highest levels, both regionally and nationally.
Excellence On and Off the Field
Over the past 16+ years, Carolina Elite teams have consistently earned titles and accolades, winning State and National Championships in ASA, PGF, USA, TCS and numerous other prestigious sanctions. We’ve secured multiple berths to compete for ASA, PGF, USA, Alliance, TCS and other National Championships, solidifying our reputation as a powerhouse in the softball community. To date, we’ve proudly placed over 525+ athletes in collegiate programs, showcasing the caliber of talent that Carolina Elite continues to foster.
At Carolina Elite, our mission is clear: to provide a supportive, competitive environment where young women can pursue their dreams of academic excellence and collegiate softball. Our organization is more than just a team; it’s a family that thrives on hard work, discipline, and dedication to both sport and education. Our athletes don’t just play; they excel.
