Kama is the Director of Team & Player Development for Carolina Elite, where she combines her passion for the game, development, and helping others grow through softball in this role to serve the CE family. She assists Dave and the board, is a resource for Elite coaches with team planning or problems solving, and continues to provide tools to the athletes serious about their development in softball. Having coached at the collegiate level for almost 20 years, both at NCAA DI and DIII, she loves to help others in their journey of playing at the next level. With a deep love for the game, Kama is dedicated to helping athletes grow mentally and physically, showcase their skills, learn the game, and have fun in the process. Kama runs a sports performance company that helps athletes and their parents in their journey. She brings this wisdom to the families of CE too! She consults with female athletes, helping them build confidence and improve their skills, and build a growth  \mindset to be the best version of themselves. She wants to keep helping females be relentless in their pursuit of excellence.

In her spare time, she enjoys being close to the water, cooking or creating in the kitchen or spending time with her animals.
